TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE GRIOTH WATCHES

§1. General Provisions

  1. The online store GRIOTH watches is available at: www.griothwatches.com

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, making payments, deliveries, withdrawal from the contract, and the complaint procedure.

  3. The owner of the store is:

    (hereinafter: the “Seller”)

§2. Definitions

  • Store – the online store GRIOTH watches operated by the Seller.

  • Seller – the owner of the Store, the entity offering the sale of products.

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order.

  • Product – a handcrafted mechanical wristwatch and any other physical product offered in the Store.

  • Terms and Conditions – this document specifying the rules for using the Store.

§3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. The Customer may place an order as a guest or by creating an account.

  3. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  4. After placing the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

§4. Prices and Payments

  1. Product prices are listed in PLN, EUR, or USD and are gross (final) prices – the Seller is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act.

  2. Delivery costs are shown separately before placing the order and also do not include VAT.

  3. Available payment methods:

    • Online payment (electronic transfers),

    • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.),

    • BLIK.

  4. Payments can be made in PLN, EUR, or USD.

  5. In the case of delivery outside the European Union, the Customer may be required to pay additional fees (e.g., customs duties, local taxes), in accordance with the regulations of the recipient’s country.

§5. Delivery

  1. Products are shipped via:

    • courier companies (in Poland and internationally),

    • InPost parcel lockers (within Poland only).
      Personal collection at the store’s registered address is also possible.

    • For gift cards, an electronic version (discount code) may be sent to the provided email address.

  2. Order processing time (preparation for shipping) is between 2 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  3. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the recipient’s country and is counted from the moment of dispatch.

§6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a withdrawal click here form to the Seller’s email address.

  3. The Seller will refund:

    • the purchase price of the product,

    • the cost of the cheapest available delivery option (even if the Customer selected a more expensive one).

  4. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.

  5. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the day the returned product is received.

§7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for physical and legal defects of the product under statutory warranty.

  2. Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email.

  3. The complaint should include a description of the defect and the Customer’s contact details.

  4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

§8. Personal Data

  1. The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the Seller.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR) and the Store’s Privacy Policy.

  3. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and transfer their data.

§9. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication on the Store’s website.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that changes do not affect previously concluded contracts.

  3. For matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.

  4. Disputes may be resolved amicably or by a competent common court.
