RETURN POLICY

§1. Right of Withdrawal (Returning Goods)

  1. In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a customer who is a consumer (or a sole trader with consumer rights) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a statement of withdrawal click here to the Seller’s email address.

  3. The returned product must be sent back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the return shipment before the 14-day period expires.

  4. The returned product should be in its original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, and free from signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, features, and functioning. This also applies to watch straps and other accessories. The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned product shows wear or damage caused by improper handling.

§2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Non-returnable Items)

In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. products made to the Customer’s individual order or personalized (e.g., with engraving, custom components, or configured according to the Customer’s specifications);

  2. products that have been inseparably combined with other items after delivery.

In the case of GRIOTH watches, this applies in particular to custom-made or personalized watches and accessories – such items cannot be returned once the order is fulfilled, unless they are defective.

§3. Return Costs and Procedure

  1. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund:

    • the full price of the product,

    • the cost of the cheapest available delivery option offered to the Customer.

  2. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned product is received.

  3. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Seller, unless the Seller explicitly agrees to cover the cost.

§4. International Returns

  1. For returns from countries within and outside the European Union, the Customer bears full responsibility for:

    • return shipping costs,

    • any customs duties or import fees arising from the international return shipment.

  2. To avoid or reduce additional charges, it is recommended to clearly label the return package as:
    “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”

§5. Defective Products

  1. If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to: contact@griothwatches.com, including the following:

description of the defect,

order number,

photos of the product.

3. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
